Year End 2004
2004 was a fantastic year. I had many great adventures, made great new friends, and met the man I love (finally a boater!!!).
I had 119 paddling days, 19 personal first descents, and only 2 swims.
I paddled approximately 195 miles and dropped over 6,800 vertical feet. I progressed from class III to class IV and V- and got to run some awesome rivers.
In mid December we were hoping to maybe get a run on the Tygart. But instead ended up doing some beach surfing with some of Josh's friends at Ocean City, Maryland. Not exactly what we'd had in mind but not a bad way to finish off the year.
